For travellers who want to earn their views, Tanzania offers some of Africa’s finest trekking. Routes range from the roof of the continent on Mount Kilimanjaro to the quieter forests of Mount Meru and the rim trails of the Ngorongoro highlands. Every climb is run with qualified mountain crews, proper acclimatisation and a strong focus on safety.
